  Hi, my name is Bill, and I'm a regular guy. I'm also an ex-smoker.    I have something that I think you might want to hear. About 15 years ago, I decided to quit smoking. At the time, I decided to take some logical steps and jotted everything down , which is the critical thing here. I documented when I prepared to quit when I stopped smoking, what I did and how I felt. It's been almost 15 years, and I never looked back.     When I quit, I commented to people around me that if I had known it would be this easy to stop smoking, I would not have smoked as long as I did, which was literally decades. Now, as I'm getting near retirement, I thought it would be a good idea for me to put all this information together in a program. It would make it easier for other people to quit too.     Considering the cost that I see today to smoke, which is just shocking for the price with the tax of a carton of cigarettes, the cost to purchase my program would be less than that cart
