How To Stop Smoking Before Going to College

How To Stop Smoking Before Going to College

Hi my friends do you want to learn how to stop smoking before going to college if so I think I can help.

My name is Bill I'm an ex-smoker, I quit smoking about 15 years ago and I never looked back, but I do remember quite a bit of what it was like when I smoked. I started smoking when I was young, and I'm assuming if you want to stop smoking before college, you probably have also begun smoking cigarettes at a younger age as well.

I remember when I was in high school, and it was actually the second day of 11th grade for me. Already having smoked for several years, I carried cigarettes with me constantly.

Now, this is how things have changed.

When I went to school there was actually a designated student smoking area, which was an area located behind the cafeteria. It was away from where the public would spot it, or where parents might see, in an out-of-the-way spot, but right behind the cafeteria.

If you were a student and you wanted to smoke cigarettes, you had to smoke in the designated area and nowhere else on campus. I made the mistake of lighting up as I was walking to class, and I came around the end of the building in the front, not in the designated area, I looked up and sure enough, there was the assistant principal who quickly got me and brought me to his office.

He called my parents and that's actually how my parents, who were also both cigarette smokers, found out that I smoked. and They didn't force me to stop smoking, but instead said that they didn't want me to do things behind their back, so if I chose to smoke, I should smoke in front of them.

I did.

Luckily only one of our four grown children ever smoked, and my daughter that did smoke did so for about a week. I found out when she accidentally burned a small hole in the driver’s seat of my minivan! Lesson learned.

After all these years, I still remember that I felt ashamed at the time because of how I let my parents down. If you are smoking at a young age, take some time to consider what your parents would say or feel.

About half of my friends smoked cigarettes and it was much more common when I was younger than currently.

I remember some of my non-smoking friends and accomplices and their comments about smoking. One that stands out was that “When you're a non-smoker, and you're around a smoker it's like sitting there with an ashtray,”

Starting college will mean meeting new people, new relationships, and connections, some of which may last both in business and in life. Think about if you're in the car with non-smokers, and you're talking, and you're laughing you're having a good time. But they're sitting there with this dirty filthy ashtray (the smoker) and they have to tolerate that.

However, you as a smoker aren't tolerating much of anything because you don't really taste much, and you don't smell much, but they're sitting there and just basically being polite. They are really just going out of their way to stay friends with you.

When it comes to starting a new relationship, think about you being a smoker, and you meet somebody that you have an interest in. However, they are a non-smoker. Think of what it's like all they smell when they're around is cigarette smoke!

Your clothing smells like smoke. Your mouth, your hands, and everything in your car smells like smoke. First, this new person has to overcome all of that to even decide if there's even a chance of a future relationship. The second thing will be overcoming your constant stopping to smoke a cigarette. Lastly, they have to stand there and watch you smoke.

I used to think smokers looked cool, grown up, and sophisticated.  Look at a smoker now. Outside, Cold and wet, coughing - where is the cool part?

My wife didn't smoke and was never a smoker and I don't know how she put up with me but that was a long time ago, and thank God it worked out that way. She had to look past all of what I stated above in order to begin a relationship with me. I was lucky. That’s a lot to ask.

What I don’t know is how many people may have avoided a relationship - business, friend, etc. because I smoked and they just thought it was gross.

So if you're about to start college, and you're going to make new friends and start new experiences, and maybe new relationships, and you're going to make new connections I would think that it would be a great time for you to decide to quit smoking. If you start fresh as a non-smoker, I think you'll open up more doors more quickly, and especially these days where smoking is frowned upon, it'll be much easier for you to begin college.

To not be worried in class about urges to smoke, and you can stay inside on a cold or rainy day, and not have to stand 100 feet away from the front door to puff your cigarettes. You can focus on having the full college experience instead!

So quitting smoking would probably be in your best interest before you begin college.

I wanted to share with you that at the time that I decided to quit smoking, I did something a little unique. I decided to document what I would do in preparation to stop smoking, the actual steps I took when I quit, and how I felt, as well as how I felt after I quit smoking.

By documenting all the information at that time, I thought it would be very helpful to others. I decided now that I'm getting closer to retirement, I would put this all together as a program, and make it available to help others. It will cost you less than the price of a carton of cigarettes in many places around the country, and because it worked for me, I think it will work for you too!

Now, 15 years later, as I get near retirement I've decided to put this all together as a program and make it available to help other people quit smoking. It will sell for less than the cost of one carton of cigarettes in many places around the country right now, so if you are interested and you'd like to learn a little bit more, click the link now.

You stand nothing to lose. I will tell you that I believe this program works. I literally bet my life on it!

I look forward to seeing you as a non-smoker!

I am an Ex-Smoker!

Hi, my name is Bill, and I'm a regular guy. I'm also an ex-smoker.    I have something that I think you might want to hear. About 15 years ago, I decided to quit smoking. At the time, I decided to take some logical steps and jotted everything down , which is the critical thing here. I documented when I prepared to quit when I stopped smoking, what I did and how I felt. It's been almost 15 years, and I never looked back.     When I quit, I commented to people around me that if I had known it would be this easy to stop smoking, I would not have smoked as long as I did, which was literally decades. Now, as I'm getting near retirement, I thought it would be a good idea for me to put all this information together in a program. It would make it easier for other people to quit too.     Considering the cost that I see today to smoke, which is just shocking for the price with the tax of a carton of cigarettes, the cost to purcha...

Learn To Stop Smoking - To Go To Movies

Learn To Stop Smoking - To Go To Movies If you want to learn to stop smoking to go to movies, I think I can help. My name is Bill and I’m an ex-smoker. I quit smoking about 15 years ago, but I remember going to movies when I was a smoker, and I remember all the challenges that it posed. To set this up for younger people, when I was a young cigarette smoker, most movie theaters allowed smoking. It was kind of a common practice that movie theaters back then were larger, and they weren't the multiplexes that we have these days. Very typically, there'd be a balcony section, and a lower section and the balcony section would be the section for smokers. Some theaters were only one level, so generally the back so the back 20 rows or so would be reserved for smokers. The rest of the theater was for non-smokers.  Now I'm sure that if you were anywhere near that line, and you were a non-smoker, the smokers certainly won out in that battle of the smoke! Considering the amount of smok...
