How To Stop Smoking While Being Pregnant?

How To Stop Smoking While Being Pregnant?

If you want to know how to stop smoking while pregnant, I think I have some ideas that might help you.

First of all, if you're making a commitment that you're going to have a baby, or you're the husband or a partner of someone that is going to have a baby, and you've made the commitment to quit smoking, I think it's absolutely fantastic!

It's commendable, and my hat's off to you. It's a great idea, and it's a great way to bring a new life into the world - without smoke!

You will enjoy everything so much more, and your child coming into the world will do so much better, and likely be so much more healthy, if neither one of you smoke around them.

Now with that said, first of all, take this as a plan, instead of just thinking about quitting smoking.

As well, don’t just decide to stop smoking while you're pregnant. If you've gone through nine months of pregnancy, and you haven't smoked, you are certainly part of the ex-smoker club!

There is no reason to go back to smoking at that point. It is better to plan to quit smoking before you get pregnant. The emphasis here is on Quitting!

You should hopefully stop smoking as soon as possible, especially if you're starting to plan to get pregnant.

However, definitely stop smoking before you do get pregnant.

There are many ways that a person can approach their decision to stop smoking. In my experience, it’s often best to follow somebody that's already been has done whatever it is you're looking to do - a teacher that has the experience of having accomplished whatever it is you're looking to do.

It is generally better to have a Mentor.

If you were looking to paint a room, you might go on YouTube to find a credible and experienced painter, someone that has some experience painting a room, that could honestly tell you how to go about it. It is worth it to spend some money if you want to get it done right, do it one time, and get on with your life!

You will probably get a better result if you follow that person's advice because they have the experience. They know the ins and outs of painting a room. They know the shortcuts and the tricks, and they know what works and what doesn't.

I would say the same thing is true if you want to quit smoking while pregnant. You would want to follow somebody that has quit smoking successfully and knows how to quit smoking and somebody that would have a plan in place. Something that worked for them, and would work for you as well.

It doesn't matter if the mentor is male or female, because people smoke, and stopping smoking is the same for everybody.

Then don't think about going back to smoking afterward!

There are also a few crucial steps to take before quitting smoking that certainly helped me. I cover these in the program that I developed which is talked about more below. Doing this in order ahead of time makes the process less difficult, at least in my opinion.

There is a critical step in my opinion that most people miss before they stop smoking. I think this part really sets somebody up for success, not failure.

If you're very concerned about the difficulty, or how hard it will be to quit smoking, and how you'll feel, I think the best thing to do is to find a plan and let somebody lead that there's already quit smoking. Plus, find out what the critical step is to stop smoking without difficulty.

When I quit about 15 years ago, I wrote down everything that I did to prepare to stop smoking, I wrote down how I felt, and I wrote down what worked.

Now, 15 years later, as I get near retirement I've decided to put this all together as a program and make it available to help other people quit smoking. It will sell for less than the cost of one carton of cigarettes in many places around the country right now, so if you are interested and you'd like to learn a little bit more, click the link now.

You stand nothing to lose. I will tell you that I believe this program works.

I literally bet my life on it!

I look forward to seeing you as a non-smoker!

I am an Ex-Smoker!

Hi, my name is Bill, and I'm a regular guy. I'm also an ex-smoker.    I have something that I think you might want to hear. About 15 years ago, I decided to quit smoking. At the time, I decided to take some logical steps and jotted everything down , which is the critical thing here. I documented when I prepared to quit when I stopped smoking, what I did and how I felt. It's been almost 15 years, and I never looked back.     When I quit, I commented to people around me that if I had known it would be this easy to stop smoking, I would not have smoked as long as I did, which was literally decades. Now, as I'm getting near retirement, I thought it would be a good idea for me to put all this information together in a program. It would make it easier for other people to quit too.     Considering the cost that I see today to smoke, which is just shocking for the price with the tax of a carton of cigarettes, the cost to purcha...

Learn To Stop Smoking - To Go To Movies

Learn To Stop Smoking - To Go To Movies If you want to learn to stop smoking to go to movies, I think I can help. My name is Bill and I’m an ex-smoker. I quit smoking about 15 years ago, but I remember going to movies when I was a smoker, and I remember all the challenges that it posed. To set this up for younger people, when I was a young cigarette smoker, most movie theaters allowed smoking. It was kind of a common practice that movie theaters back then were larger, and they weren't the multiplexes that we have these days. Very typically, there'd be a balcony section, and a lower section and the balcony section would be the section for smokers. Some theaters were only one level, so generally the back so the back 20 rows or so would be reserved for smokers. The rest of the theater was for non-smokers.  Now I'm sure that if you were anywhere near that line, and you were a non-smoker, the smokers certainly won out in that battle of the smoke! Considering the amount of smok...
