If you want to learn how to stop smoking, and if you love coffee, I think I can help!
My name is Bill. I'm an ex-smoker.
I've always loved coffee. I have gotten up since I was probably in junior high school, with a fresh hot cup of coffee every morning.
That's probably an early age to start, but I've always loved the taste and the flavor, and the aroma of coffee. I drank coffee before I smoked cigarettes. For most of my life I drank my java black, without milk and sugar, so I'm not taking all the cream and sugar and everything else.
It's just a nice cup of black coffee. Throughout my life, most smokers that I have known of enjoyed coffee, but not everyone that enjoys coffee wants to smoke!
So it’s fair to say that many people would agree that smoking and cigarettes go hand in hand. I remember years ago when I was young, actually seeing a cartoon in one of the magazines that said something along the lines of “Remember when we used to talk about our problems over coffee and cigarettes - and now those are our problems!”
We're talking that this is probably back in the 70s, so you would have thought that by now, smoking cigarettes really shouldn't be a problem anymore.
But you should still be able to enjoy your coffee even after you stop smoking.
Back then we didn't have fancy places like Starbucks, and coffee cafes and bistros, and even McDonald's coffee has gotten to be one of the tastiest available! (In my opinion)
I remember that before I quit smoking cigarettes, a major concern was about if I would enjoy coffee. I wondered what was going to happen if cigarettes and coffee go hand in hand, and I quit smoking.
What will happen to my coffee enjoyment?
Every time I have a cup of coffee, am I going to crave a cigarette?
I'm here to tell you that it really didn't happen that way. Cigarette smoking and coffee drinking are two separate things. If you love coffee, and you love the flavor of coffee, what ends up happening is after you quit smoking, the coffee flavor is actually more intense.
You can actually enjoy coffee more! You don't enjoy coffee less!
It is just like every other part of quitting smoking. It’s a matter of disconnecting the chemical addiction, and then disconnecting the Mind addiction.
You will see that every time you have coffee, you do not have to smoke cigarettes.
You can continue to enjoy coffee, and you may enjoy coffee even more than you did before you quit smoking, so definitely think about that to help your decision as to whether or not to stop smoking. Just believe it will be fine.
I still enjoy that coffee.
When I quit about 15 years ago, I wrote down everything that I did to prepare to stop smoking, I wrote down how I felt, and I wrote down what worked.
Now, 15 years later, as I get near retirement I've decided to put this all together as a program and make it available to help other people quit smoking. It will sell for less than the cost of one carton of cigarettes in many places around the country right now, so if you are interested and you'd like to learn a little bit more, click the link now.
You stand nothing to lose. I will tell you that I believe this program works.
I literally bet my life on it!
I look forward to seeing you as a non-smoker!
